My thoughts-


If you listen closely you can hear the music in all things. Open your eyes, hear the songs. They are everywhere. You stand in a place you've shared a special moment with someone, and it brings back memories and music from that time. Yes, there is music wherever there is harmony in our lives. Just take time to listen.

You can eat, taste and smell music. A walk in the rain will remind you of a song long past. The sense of taste and smell of a specific food drives senses to the brain and reminds you of a specific song that was playing when you were with someone sharing that bagel or drinking that latte. Yes, the sound of music brings senses to the soul.

You can bring pain or wash out the pain with the sound of music. What power it has over you!

There is music in poetry, an emotional part of our nature. The rhymes we play out in our head.

Music is an art of bringing peace and joy to our hearts. Listen on I say, enjoy the warmth it brings on a cloudy day.

So what exactly is music to you? To me it is spirit, an uplifting phenomena, a longing, a time lost in space, and a remembrance of those long gone.

Cherish the music within you, and listen to what it is saying. Let it bring peace and joy as it should.
